Setting up and using DADA Mail

DADA Mail Newsletter and List Management Software

Setting up a newsletter or any mailing list is very easy. DADA Mail is a free piece of software that takes about 2 hours to set up and configure. It is all managed online so no software needs to be installed on your PC and you can manage your email marketing from anywhere.

Once DADA Mail is installed any internet/computer literate person can manage email lists and send out newsletter and other information to registered opt in subscribers for no further cost.

DADA Mailing usage instructions

  • Go to http://www.yourdomain.here/cgi-bin/dada/mail.cgi
  • Click on the “Administration” link
  • Enter your password
  • You have now entered your administration panel.  From here you can mange all your email newsletters.
  • See the menu on the left, it’s fairly self explanatory.
  • The DADA list master email will be set to newsletter@yourdomain.here which will forward to your main email address unless we've discussed other arrangements with you.
  • When you send massages the recipient will see them coming from newsletter@yourdomain.here which looks professional.

Initially we would recommend you stick to plain text.  Html emails are a little more complicated.  We’ll get onto those once you are happy with the software.
