Navigation - usability
We spend a great deal of time in this area. Without good, easy to understand and consistent navigation the best web sites will fail.

We will do all we can to help you in this area but ultimately it requires some time and effort on your side. Your site will only be as good as it's content and we want your site to be as good as it can be.
We will advise on file types, conversion of existing information, image types, we will even look for photographs and illustrations on your behalf.
Speed
This is less important than is used to be as there are 13million broadband connections now in the UK (2007) however dial up users still exist. If home users are your intended audience then the physical size of your site is important. If business is your intended audience then this less so.
